Yes, of course, we provide support and will be happy to help you with everything; from setting up and using the plugin to the Dashboard. We take support seriously! That’s why we never outsource it, and 9 out of 10 tickets are answered by WP 301 Redirects developers who actually worked on the plugin and coded every feature in.

Support is provided only via email. We don't offer chat or phone support. While we can answer some questions via Facebook, Twitter, or AppSumo our support is limited to those channels. The best and fastest way to get support is to use the widget in the lower right corner of the plugin/dashboard.
